Hey There and thank you for this great product

We completed a migration from exchange 2010 to 2016 and moved cloudpanel to the new server as well. Everything seems fine and working great as much as I can tell.

Now we are trying to remove the old exchange 2010 server but we are stuck with the offline address book configuration – we cannot delete those oab lists and from what I understand you cannot transfer/copy them from 2010 to 2016 cause the way they are created has changed…

What do we need to do so everything will work from the 2016 server? Is there instructions for this anywhere? (I searched but couldn’t find anything)

Thanks again for everything

Oz

@ozoncomp if I recall you will have to manually recreate the OAB because you can’t migrate them. You will need to look at the current configuration and run the powershell commands to create new ones. The command should look something like:
New-OfflineAddressBook -Name ” OAL” -AddressLists ” GAL” -GlobalWebDistributionEnabled $true
