cant enable exchange on users (Access is denied.)

Connecting to remote server ex-ex1 failed with the following error message : Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

 

i got this when trying to add exchange users

 

Power shel is enabled on exchange for basic security

That means the user account that is running CloudPanel doesn’t have the correct permissions. So, either CloudPanel isn’t using the correct application pool that is assigned the correct user or the credentials in the CloudPanel setup page are incorrect.
