We recently noticed a lot of mails from CloudPanelFirstMaster@domain.com to PublicFolderMailboxes…. with the Subject HierarchySync_Ping…
I’m Aware that the HierarchySync is by design from MS. But why do they come from the first Master? This is the primary PublicFolder Mailbox user.
Is this normal behaviour or is there anything wrong?

If they are being delivered to unintended people, it could be a transport rule causing it. Other than that, it is by design. Typically you may want to make your master public folder mailbox something generic to your hosting environment (IE publicfolder@domain.tld). You may not want to name it CloudPanel because it isn’t really specific to CloudPanel.
