Expiring Passwords

We have normally been setting the passwords to never expire, but we have a customer that wants them to expire after a certain amount of days. How does that process work on Hosted Exchange/CloudPanel? Will they get notified before they expire? Most of them won’t be using OWA (only Outlook 2010).

Also, has the option to set the users’ passwords to Never Expire moved or disappeared in CP 3.1?

Thanks!

Honestly we do not set passwords to expire in our environment.

Setting the password to never expire is in CloudPanel when creatnig the user. I’m working on adding it where you can turn it off or on for existing users.

Not sure about getting notified….

When creating a new user, the only options I see are to “Generate Password” and to “Change password on next login.” I don’t see an option to set it to expire or not. Is that what the “Change password” option does?
