heres my issue since upgrading to the latest CP. When I assigned the Active sync plan to a user it saves with no problem but when I go back to check the user it’s set back to default. It should read the plan I set it to correct. If so then I have no idea with the change occurred our not

Next question is how to I look at the settings of the default Active Sync Plan.

When I com under the exchange section of the CP to create Active sync plans per company it says Limit reached and will not let me create a new Active Sync Plan for the company.

Any help or answers?

Thanks

For the plans you need to update the company plan to include activesync policies.

For the other issue please verify the version of CloudPanel you are on and post it here.

I’d have to check it out and connect to see what else is wrong. Have to compare what the activesync policy is named in Exchange and what it shows in the dropdown list when it is loaded.
