Trying to setup an account for our bookkeeper to do billing and she’ll need to get the reports for the reseller (which includes all affiliated companies).? Currently, the only way I can figure out how to do this where she has access to that is via the primary Administrator account (where she could change all kinds of things I don’t want her to have access to).

What is the best way to achieve this?

Rick

Here’s a screen shot of how I have the bookkeeper setup currently, and then another screenshot showing that she doesn’t have access to the Reports area on the Reseller section.

And here is where the reseller reports selection should be… but it’s missing.

So obviously I tried to have her be a Super Admin, but she still can’t see the Reseller Reports area.? In fact, the ONLY login that can see that area is the Global Domain Administrator, and that user isn’t even in CloudPanel.

Clearly, I’m doing something wrong.? Any ideas?

Rick I hear ya. Be sure to post to the feature request forum for all features you want to see added. We are working on what you are requesting though.
