[Solved] Problems while trying to login to cloudpanel
Hey Team,
hope everything is going well on your end.
We have a problem with the login to the cloudpanel.
I made an update from version 3.2.354.0 to 3.2.368.0 last Friday.
Now we have a strange issue where users try to log in to the cloudpanel, but nothing happens on their end. They stay at the login screen. No error message, nothing shows up.
Fortunately I can still log in and see them as an active session, but they do not see anything.
I tried to create a new user to test if that user can log in, but with that user I have the same problem. The user has the same rights as my own user.
Is that a known issue and is there a way to fix this?

This issue turned out to be a firewall issue causing problems with the cookies

@raphyabak what error are you receiving? Is this a new setup or an existing one that was working?
Apparently, it was a disk space issue on the instance
Please i am having the same issue here.. already check the disk space and everything i can think about the cause but everything seems okay.. can anyone help me
What issue are you having? Another person just posted about having login issues but it was for another product by another company with the same CloudPanel name
