All logins blacklisted and attempted update to 3.2.1016

Started with all logins failed after one attempt and notification given of blocked IP. Couldn’t resolve this issue, and decided to install latest release. Now I cannot get the web interface to load at all… no logging either. Can I remove and reinstall with same database? Any ideas?

In case this comes up for someone else. CloudPanel behind nginx proxy needs real-ip passed through as anyone triggering a blacklist IP will be the proxy’s IP.

It sounds like you have a couple of things going on. The failed logins is one thing and I would check the security event logs on the server (or DCs) to try and determine where it is coming from.

For the upgrade you performed, what version did you come from? It sounds like the upgrade didn’t completely properly or it may need a reboot before it will start working. What operating system are you on?
