now all stuck, even logon isn`t possible.

It is saying that your DC is not able to be contacted. Check the primary DC value you have configured in the CloudPanel setup page by accessing it from the server CloudPanel is installed on. Then, check that DCs event logs to see if there is any issues.
I have also seen if one of your DCs is having issues, it could affect CloudPanel sometimes even if it’s not the one it’s pointed to due to LDAP referrals
Now managed to log in, but on editing Company – says “The server is not operational.”
Do you have valid SSL certificates in place for LDAPS on all DCs? They don’t have to be public certificates but can be self signed.
Self-signed certificate created and attached, LDAP is available on port 636, but nothing changed (CloudPanel and IIS services were restarted).
Hi, any update? We`re unable to manage companies nor add/edit.

What version are you on and have you performed any upgrades recently?
If you have, please verify LDAPS is working correctly by using ldp.exe. Just because you added an SSL, it can take a reboot or extended time for active directory to activate it. Looking around, this article provides details on it and how to test: https://www.osirium.com/how-to/confirm-a-domain-controller-has-working-ldaps-enabled
If it isn’t that, we will have to schedule a remote session to determine what is going on.
Hi, as stated yesterday LDAP checked with selfsigned certificate, connection passes, connection confirmed.
VERSION: 3.2.1016.0
Only Windows updates were installed last week.
Can you please email support@knowmoreit.io and we will remote in and take a look?
