Thanks, really appreciate that.
Iup, for us this is at 16:00 P.M. What kind of access would you like?
I don’t want to bother with that becauser there is something nasty with the Exchange Server, I’m unable to upgrade from CU5 to CU10. SO maybe I should try to fix that and see what happens.
Best,
@lifecloud I do not think they are related. What errors do you get when upgrading though? Just curious
It keeps saying there is a reboot required to perform the upgrade. After several reboots I get the same behaviour. Th Microsoft KB proposes to reinstall or repair all installed software on the server. I did not do this step. But I wanted to give a try to an upgrade roadmap going from CU5 to CU6 before applying the CU10. Just in case. I’ts rare…
Issue was resolved by reinstalling the latest scheduler.
Thank you Jacob,
that’s right. The problem was that I updated CloudPanel but not the Scheduler. With both at the latest version (v. 3.2.0335) no more error messages arrive to the webmaster mailbox.
Thanks again for your time and fast response. Great support!
Hi Jacob,
same error here after installing update 3.2.350.0. Both Cloudpanel and Service was updated. I reinstall the service completely, but nothing changed. AppPool settings for loading user profile is “true”.
The error:
3.2.Error processing disabled users: System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Ungültige Daten bei System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException.ThrowCryptographicException(Int32 hr) bei System.Security.Cryptography.Utils._DecryptData(SafeKeyHandle hKey, Byte[] data, Int32 ib, Int32 cb, Byte[]& outputBuffer, Int32 outputOffset, PaddingMode PaddingMode, Boolean fDone) bei System.Security.Cryptography.CryptoAPITransform.TransformFinalBlock(Byte[] inputBuffer, Int32 inputOffset, Int32 inputCount) bei CloudPanel.Settings.Security.DataProtection.Decrypt(String cipherString, String key) bei CloudPanel.Settings.SettingsRetrieve.ReadDecrypt(String key) bei CPService.Tasks.ActiveDirectory.ADActions.GetDisabledUsers() bei CPService.Tasks.ActiveDirectory.Get_DisabledUsersTask.Execute(IJobExecutionContext context)
We get lot of mails at our mailbox.
We have no issues by cloudpanel. Everything seems to work fine….but the mails.
Any ideas?
@rechenzentrumkraemer-it-de It is having issues decrypting the security key. This is an error in the CloudPanel Service it appears and not CloudPanel. Can you please attach the logs
@jdixon the service.log is attached.
But there are no errors.
i started the server new round about 22:10 and started a new logfile.
mails coming in every 2-3 minutes.
@rechenzentrumkraemer-it-de I think something may be wrong with our attachments. Can you please email them to sales@knowmoreit.com? I may need to connect tomorrow if you are available. I will be in the office at 8am CST (5/12)
