Hi.

I just have installed latest cloudware and configured it with exchange 2016.

No problems so far.

After i imported some existing users to cloudflare (already existing exchange users) and checked the box “Enable Mailbox” on user configuration page, without sucess, i get this error:

Error

This task does not support recipients of this type. The specified recipient domain.lab/Hosting/OU/OU1/USERNAME is of type UserMailbox. Please make sure that this recipient matches the required recipient type for this task.

Can somebody give me one hint please?

Thanks!

It sounds to me like when you imported them, you may have not associated them with a mailbox plan? If so, CloudPanel imported them as not having a mailbox but it looks like they already had a mailbox in Exchange.

You would either need to remove the users from the CloudPanel SQL database or you would need to update the MailboxPlan column in SQL to match a mailbox plan ID they should be associated with.
