Hello,

I have a question pertaining to upgrading a 2010 Exchange Environment to 2016. Once the 2016 servers are established even though mailboxes have not been moved to them, do I point cloudpanel to them or to the 2010 server?

Always point CloudPanel to the latest server. In coexistence mode newer versions of Exchange can manage older mailboxes so you want to point CloudPanel to the newest and set the version to the newer in the settings.
