For users who are not using the on-premise Exchange, how can you update the “Email Address” field?

Also when creating a new user?it asks for First and Last name but does not populate these fields

Those fields should be populating, for sure. What version of CloudPanel are you using?

Please make sure you are up to date and this shouldn’t be an issue with the first name / last name. In CloudPanel you cannot populate the email field manually but that is something we can add as a feature request for sure.
