Hallo, I need dedicated Mailbox Database for Company.
I created Company Admin user and this user can create another user from your Company, but I need to route mailbox of new created users to specific Mailbox Database automatically (no manually choose Database, no to default,..).
How to, please?

This feature doesn’t exist. A super administrator can add a new mailbox to a specific database but company administrators cannot. Also it doesn’t have the option to automatically add users to specific databases.
It is actually not best practice to put users in specific databases. It is best practice in a multi-tenant enviornment to let Exchange load balance mailboxes across all databases
