I was wondering if there is a way to send a notification to reseller admin when a company admin under that reseller creates new user/mailbox?
Also what kind of notification is sent to Billing Notification email address in cloudpanel setup? is it a monthly report or annual ? I couldn’t find anything in the documentation

Currently there is not an option for that feature but you can use powershell scripts to send notifications when users are added, deleted, etc. However, you won’t be able to look up who the reseller admin is. Take a look here: https://kb.knowmoreit.com/docs/custom-powershell-scripts/
The billing notifications are for the Connectwise Integration when it syncs.
