The Limit Visibility and Access fields are only required if you want a user to be able to access multiple companies. There are some details about it here: http://kb.knowmoreit.com/how-to/how-to-configure-a-company-admin-to-login-to-cloudpanel/ but if you just want to give User A inside Company A access to ONLY Company A, then those fields are not needed because by default the user will have access to their own company if you give them rights.
