Can someone please help with this, I managed to get the winrt error to go away, but now im stuck with this error, the account i used on the AD side is the main admin that was setup for exchange and AD. Been trying to get this going for a week now, and cant figure out what permissions its talking about.. Someone help me? Have been googling and cant find anything :/

That usually is caused by the application pool in IIS that the CloudPanel virtual directory is running under isn’t set to an exchange organization administrator.?

Make sure the username and password on the settings page is correct as well

The error you are getting is actually from Exchange. So either the application pool isn’t set to the right user, the application isn’t associated with the application pool that has the user, or the username and password is incorrect on the settings page.

I would RDP to your exchange as the user you have set on the application pool and open Exchange powershell and run “Get-MailboxDatabase” to be sure that user actually has the correct rights
