I can create company and users but when I try to enable exchange for a new company it fails with the following error.

I can create other mailboxes in other companies so the cloud panel console is able communicate with exchange. It seems like an issue just enabling a new company.

I think something in your settings is incorrect. Can you email your settings.xml file to support@knowmoreit.com? Also please be sure to submit support questions to the Online Support section under Support -> Online Support so we get to you quicker 🙂

Hi Jacob,

I installed the latest version 3.1.1005 and it seems to have fixed this issue but now I get an error when trying to edit some users. It seems intermittent. When I get the error the primary email is empty but I know it exists on the exchange server. I tried the same user a few times and it worked once out of about 3 times.

Starting a command on remote server failed with the following error message : <s:Envelope xml:lang=”en-US” xmlns:s=”http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope” xmlns:a=”http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing” xmlns:x=”http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/transfer” xmlns:e=”http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/eventing” xmlns:n=”http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/enumeration” xmlns:w=”http://schemas.dmtf.org/wbem/wsman/1/wsman.xsd” xmlns:p=”http://schemas.microsoft.com/wbem/wsman/1/wsman.xsd”><s:Header><a:Action> http://schemas.dmtf.org/wbem/wsman/1/wsman/fault</a:Action><a:MessageID>uuid:E82C4652-E40D-4481-8F75-CCF6E39AC03F</a:MessageID><a:To>http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing/role/anonymous</a:To><a:RelatesTo>uuid:2AE2E77E-53A2-4EB9-BFF2-1CE59ECCD191</a:RelatesTo></s:Header><s:Body><s:Fault><s:Code><s:Value>s:Receiver</s:Value><s:Subcode><s:Value>w:InternalError</s:Value></s:Subcode></s:Code><s:Reason><s:Text xml:lang=”en-US”></s:Text></s:Reason><s:Detail><unknown></s:Detail></s:Fault></s:Body></s:Envelope> For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
