I want to disable email delivery for a user but keep their mailbox. How is this done through Cloud Panel

Disabling a user will not stop the mail from being delivered to the mailbox. What you will have to do is adjust the “Authorized senders” permission in Exchange ECP (you can’t do it in CloudPanel) to only allow authenticated users. It is more of a workaround because Exchange doesn’t have a feature to stop mail flow if the user is disabled
