Basically all you should have to do is remove Authenticated Users from having READ access from the OU and all child objects and add a security group that only has those in that OU to have READ access.

That is basically all you should have to do and CloudPanel should be doing that for you…

Hello Jacob,

Thanks for the reply. If I do that I still will be able to search for users and now insted of hidding objects they will be displayed as Unknown. What do you think if we create Child domain for our customers. Shall they have access to their mailbox and servers in root domain but not be able to search for other users in root domain.

That doesn’t sound right… either you have custom permissions that is causing problems or you don’t have list object mode enabled. List object mode should hide the objects that the users don’t have access to.

I can look at it with you but you would need to open a support ticket.
