A brand new install on Server 2016, all seemed to go as planned but when I try to create my first reseller I get this:
Error
There is no such object on the server.
Any ideas?
This is because the Hosting OU path you put is not correct or you didn’t create the hosting OU and/or the other OU’s needed as part of the quick start guide.
Ok, I had mistyped the OU in config. This has been fixed.
Now when I try to add a user at step 3 when creating the mailbox the @domain dropdown is empty (step2 was fine) and then I get the following error:
Error The domains is not valid for this company.
You need to enable that domain to be an authoritative domain (accepted domain) in Exchange. Go to the domains in CloudPanel and enable that domain for email.
Perfect, that worked.
Now just one thing, how do I create an “Admin” account for each organisation that I add?
I want to be able to provide an admin account login to the customer so they can log in and manage all their users mailboxes.
It’s probably obvious but I’ve gone through a bunch of options and can’t see it.
