[Solved] Releasing Email From Spam
When I try to release a spam email from a user’s profile, I get a messsage saying it has been released, but then nothing comes through. Spam emails/logs show fine and adding Allow/Blocks work too.

Have you checked Mailprotector to make sure it actually released? Also can you tell me what version you are on?
Hi Jacob. This was an issue with the Maiprotector API, which now has been fixed.
Thank you for bringing this up. They did contact me to let me know and glad it is now working! They are working on a new portal which will involve us upgrading our API in CloudPanel to support the new version. I would hold off on moving to their new portal once it is available until we release a statement that is is officially supported.

The emails are showing as released in Mailprotector, so I am chasing with them also.
