[Solved] One of the tenants of the Cloudpanel left our company and this causes issues

Hello Jacob,

I have an issue with our Cloudpanel deployment. We have a client (tenant) that left us , and now all the other tenants are having?re occuring password issues as in attached image. Please let me know if you can assist. This is very disturbing.

I spoke with Daniel and the issue was caused by not having a master public folder mailbox and everyone was assigned to the only public folder mailbox that had that tenant’s email address on it. Changed the email address on it to the hoster’s domain and now it is all good.
