Back in April I created a new customer, several dozen mailboxes and today I was surprised to discover that for all the mailboxes were missing Size History

Size history is collected over time by the CloudPanel Service. Please verify you have the CloudPanel Service installed and it is currently running. The newer versions of CloudPanel should show you a warning on the dashboard if you are logged in as a super admin if the service hasn’t checked in for so many days.

Sorry, we have been using this solution for 4 years now and we have many customers, all customers have Size history, only this new one does not have Size history. How is it different from the others?

Oh, that is interesting. Do you know how to open the Google developer tools in Chrome to see if there are any errors when you open that page for that customer? I wonder if their unique company code is causing an issue. You can send the CloudPanel Service logs to support@knowmoreit.io and we can check to make sure there are no errors in the logs with t gathering the data

Hi,

The situation has not changed in 3 months.

Could you tell me where I can take CloudPanel Service logs  ?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Know More IT\CloudPanel Service\Logs

C:\Program Files (x86)\Know More IT\CloudPanel\Logs

Hi, I have sent  both logs

Is only the new customer a problem? If you restart the CloudPanel Service does it eventually start working and then stop again?

Now we have 3 new customers and all of them have this problem

I don’t see any problem in CloudPanel Service working

Can you please restart the CloudPanel Service and see if it shows data within the next 12 hours?

I restarted vm, 26 hours have passed since the reboot, but size history has not appeared

We migrated from Exchange 2016 to Exchange 2019 in April, and I think that’s when these problems started.

If that is the case, can you verify on the CloudPanel Admin page that you updated the Exchange version from 2016 to 2019? Also on that same page, under CloudPanel Service, can you verify the time interval you have set for the mailbox sizes?

The discussion forums are not monitored as close. Can you please email support@knowmoreit.io instead and communicate through there? Either way, I apologize, somehow we missed the email notifications here.

From the previous logs, your CloudPanel service isn’t even running the required job named “Get_MailboxSizesTask” which is very odd. If you can, please do this:

1. Go to the CloudPanel admin setup page, click CloudPanel Service menu, find the “Get Mailbox Sizes” task and set the minutes to 5 minutes

2. Go to your CloudPanel service and restart the service

3. Wait 10-15 minutes, then send new logs for the CloudPanel service only to support@knowmoreit.io

Also:
1. Please open Programs & Features (appwiz.cpl) on the server and verify the CloudPanel Service matches the CloudPanel installation you have.

If this doesn’t show something, we are going to have to do a remote session.
