Hello Team,

I think our license for Cloudpanel expired. But I do not really know why.

I don’t know where to look for the license file or where to download it.

All I see is that I only have 250 users licensed, which is the standard value.

We use the autopay method via Compsys Inc to pay our bills.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Best regards

Felix

We only issue licenses for one year at a time and email you new ones. Can you verify it did not get held up in your spam filter?

@jdixon Normally we receive the mails sent by you. Is the license sent from the “no-reply@knowmoreit.com” address?

It would of came from sales@knowmoreit.com and it probably would of went to the contact that receives the monthly invoices. I can send you a new one directly

@jdixon We found it, thank you. Is it possible to change the mail-address of the recipient of the license file? Because it is sent to one employee here and it would better be sent to a distribution group.

Honestly, our system only has one line item for an email address currently which is being used for sending invoices. However, the next release has a button to force the license check in situations like this.

@jdixon Okay. So the license that Mike Peyton sent yesterday went to the right mail-address. That is also the one were we receive the invoices. The first license file that was sent by you went to a coworker and he missed it in his inbox. So that was the reason why we missed to renew it in time.
