As I understand it, the latest release of CloudPanel requires it to use an SSL Certificate. My question is, my server is behind an Nginx Reverse Proxy, which implements all certificates, do I still need a certificate on the CloudPanel installation? And if so can I use a Let’s Encrypt one?

Behind a proxy with ssl should be fine as long as all traffic goes through that. It is just going to need ssl between the client browser and the application. Also, lets encrypt will be fine too
