<p style=”display: block;”>Furthermore it is? also running as domain admin image is also attached ………..</p>

Are you positive the CloudPanel virtual directory is actually using that Application Pool you have listed? Also did you check the folder permissions on the KnowMoreIT directory under program files? It appears the username you are using on the application pool doesn’t have access or it isn’t using the application pool you have shown
