Hi,

After changing a exchange mailbox plan, then using bulk edit to add it to a user again, ?I don’t see the feature added (trying to add ECP).

Even added a new plan, added that to the user. ?Still no ECP badge showing up.

Any idea?

(running latest version)

Does it show the new plan name though? ECP never showed a badge but we just updated it so it would. If you would like this now I have attached the javascript file for you to replace (as long as you are on the latest 3.1.0905 version).

Move your current one under /CloudPanel/Content/js/cloudpanel-users.js to your desktop and put this one in its place.

Thanks for the fast update!

See the badge now. ?But still getting a 403 error when trying to change the password, ? (works fine with administrator) ? ?Maybe something else wrong perhaps on my side?

Where are you trying to change the password? Are you trying to change it in ECP or CloudPanel?

The user is trying to change to password from OWA. ? Getting a 403 error, ?looks like ECP is not being set for this user, or can’t be set.

You need to make sure ECP is enabled on the plan. If ECP was disabled when you set on the user and you went back and change the plan it doesn’t propagate down to the users again. You will need to edit the user(s) and save the email section again to get it to reapply the settings (you can use the bulk edit feature for this instead of doing one-by-one)

Correct, ?I do see the ECP badge for that user, ?does that mean it has been set?

No that means the PLAN has it enabled which normally means it is set unless you updated the plan AFTER you set it on the mailbox. That just shows what the plan is currently set to. Edit the user, then mailbox settings, and save and see if you can access ECP for that user now.

Yes! That works! ? What would be the bulk edit option to use?

Thanks!

On the Users page you will see a Bulk Edit. You can choose that and choose your users, select Mailbox, and select to update the mailbox plan. This will reapply a plan to all the selected users with the current values set on the plan.
