In Users and Resource Mailbox it is always on.
So how do I know if I enabled it or not?
I know this is difficult, but you schould read it from ADDS.

It will always default to ON. Whenever you add users you uncheck it to save and it sets the auto mapping off on the backend. There currently isn’t anything on the GUI that will show you which users have it ON or OFF. You just have to make sure to uncheck it when you add users so it will set it to OFF

Do you mean, if I forget to uncheck it when i change something else, nothing will happen to the users which are already listed in full access?
Only when i add a new one? What about bulk updates?

There is only one check mark for all users. So I thought all Users are the same.

Users that already shown are not modified when you save… this is to save time on the processing of commands sent to Exchange.

When you load the page and it already contains users and you add 1 new user it will only add/save for that 1 new user. It won’t re-add or re-save for ALL the users listed.
