On the company plan you set a limit of how many domains a company can have. You can adjust the plan you assigned that company.

Sounds like you are using a resource forest and all mailboxes are linked mailboxes. If that is the case then CloudPanel does not support that yet.
That is weird because you shouldn’t have been able to create a company without a plan. I’m going to have to look into that.
