Unable to select Archive Database

When creating a new user, I can select the mailbox database without any problems. However, when I edit an existing user and enable archiving, the only database option available is “Let Exchange Decide”. Do I need to do something special for the databases to populate for this field?

I’m thrilled to start migrating mailboxes from our old hosted exchange platform to CloudPanel!  🙂

Sorry, we must of missed this. If you click the right menu at the top right and click “View Databases”, do you see any databases listed there?

It isn’t pulling the mailbox databases from the database which is the reason. We won’t have a fix for this until a couple of weeks from now.

We do have it fixed but the new release isn’t ready for public release. If you want, we can give you an early version but it could have bugs.

We are shooting for the end of the month. We just have to finish wrapping up some changes but it will be before September. If you want, you can always move the archive mailboxes in the backend (ecp) for now
