Hi Jason,

After moving the SQL DB to another disk i ran into problems to login to the webgui.
After logon i get?Error: Login failed. Please try again or contact support.

After DB move i had to recreate the correct SQL user permissions on the DB ( public and db_owner) for the user mentioned in SQL connectionstring in settings.xml

I can acces the \\localhost\admin\settings without problems and already saved the username and password without problems on this page.

The error log looks like

2016-12-29 16:48:34,574 ::: [15] DEBUG ::: CloudPanel.Bootstrapper — Configuring stateless authentication

2016-12-29 16:48:35,106 ::: [25] DEBUG ::: CloudPanel.Bootstrapper — Configuring stateless authentication

AD Username and password are 100% correct.

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve the problem ?
If needed a RDP session to the server van be arranged.

Greetings Barry

That error message is talking about the connect to Active Directory. You need to make sure your CloudPanel application in IIS is running under its own Application Pool that has the same username/password you specified on the settings page.

Take a look at solution 2 on this page:? http://knowmoreit.com/kb/winrm-client-sent-request-http-server-got-response-saying-requested-http-url-not-available/

Hi Jason,

?

I’ve checked the AppPool and it’s running with with admin credentials which are the same as on the settings page.
The apppool hasn’t changed during the time the DB was from to another disk on the SQL server.

If needed i can arrange ?a RDP connection for you. Perhaps you can have a look.

?

Greetings Barry
