Hello,
The user foo@mydomain.com configured with an email alias – bar@mydomain.com. I’d like change that, so that bar will become the primary name for the mailbox, and the user, and foo will become the email alias. How do I go about doing this?

Just edit the user in CloudPanel and change the primary email and put what was the primary as the email alias, then save.
