The subject is “Password will expire soon”.

The first thing is you need to make sure your CloudPanel Service is actually running and you have it installed. It is included with the zip file you download. This is what actually does the work and a lot of the other work for the dashboard and pulling data from the environment.

Secondly you need to make sure on the setup page that you have support notifications enabled, you enable the notification for passwords and you provided a template under the password expires tab.

The job runs when the service is started and then runs every 1440 minutes after that. There is a log file for the service that could be looked at in more depth.

A lot of our customers email our support directly and bypass the forums. The forums and online support is mainly for the free users without a license. It is true that a lot of hosters do not use expiring passwords for emails because it has been a pain to manage, but we do use this in our own environment for certain customers that want it. It does work.
