Hi, I’m planning to move Cloudpanel to a new server. I need some guidance in how to do this. The new server is already in place. The old server has Exchange 2013 installed and the new one Exchange 2016. Is there a step-by-step guide in how to do this?
Is CloudPanel installed on your Exchange server? To move CloudPanel, just install it again but make sure you choose a different database when installed. After it has installed, just copy all the files from the old server to the new server (normally in C:\Program Files (x86)\Know More IT\CloudPanel).
Make sure after you upgrade CloudPanel that you modify the settings to adjust the version of Exchange you are using (from 2013 to 2016). In co-existence mode, be sure you always point CloudPanel at the newest Exchange server.
