Hi,
Any advice on creating minimal privilege accounts through CloudPanel for third-party LDAP lookup access (e.g. recipient validation)?

The CloudPanel user needs a lot of rights because it is creating and deleting objects. If you want to lock it down you could grant specific rights on the root hosting OU (full control) and have it propagate down to the children. Also it would still need the ability to have full rights to Exchange (Organization Management) role.
