Could not find assemble

When trying to change anything within cloud panel or refresh exchange database I get the below

500 Error
An internal server error occurred.

Could not load file or assembly ‘System.Management.Automation, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

It looks like you have installed CloudPanel on 2008 R2? You will need to install Powershell 3.0 on that server and make sure the server is up to date.
