I need help with upgrade tips why and when should we upgrade to the latest version and I really hope that someone is available to help?
We are currently running on 3.1.0.805 Version. We have windows server 2012 R2 domain controller and Exchange 2013.?
We are hosting many companies and it will be disaster if something happens after upgrade. How will upgrade work with our corrently environment, I mean do we need to think about Exchange version and AD?
Can you please tell me what is new in the latest version compared to our and if we need to upgrade (security, performance etc.)? ?

Just to clarify, are you on 3.0.805 or 3.1.0805? Each new version we release contains bug fixes and most likely new features. You can read about them on each version if you wanted to go to this page:? http://knowmoreit.com/releases/
