You most likely haven’t enabled basic authentication: https://kb.knowmoreit.com/docs/troubleshooting/the-winrm-client-sent-a-request-to-an-http-server-and-got-a-response-saying-the-requested-http-url-was-not-available/
@jdixon Thank you sir, indeed this was it. Guess CU20 for 2016 reset this. First CU I have seen do this. Very strange. Thank you for the help.
@oliveitky It is really hit or miss with those CU’s doing that. Sometimes Microsoft misses those little things lol
