Bulk import issue
I can add a single user with the interface, but am unable to bulk import via CSV. Getting an error
- Successfully created user
- Unable to enable mailbox because you have reached the limit
Recently updated to current release. Verified settings including plan limits. Ideas?
You either reached the 250 free license limit or you reached the limit of users/mailboxes you have on that company. If you look at the company overview page then it shows a few progress bars with the usage and if you go to the settings it shows how many total users you can have according to your license.
I checked and you have a license over that limit and are not hitting it. It has to be the plan limit on the company. Since you have a license you can email us at support@knowmoreit.com. When you do can you please provide a screenshot of the company overview page? You can also send us the log files which are located in a Log directory where CloudPanel is installed.
