Hi, wondering what:
the minimum permissions are for the application pool in IIS?
the minimum permissions for the account which cloud panel will run as are – we will not be using Exchange. What groups/roles/access is required for user provisioning and Citrix integration?

The above can be ignored the issue was solved.
2 further queries however.
- The SamAccountName can have the customername postfixed to the username “username_domain”. Can this be changed to have the customer code instead? and if possible prefixed as well. So “CODE_username”?
- When creating a company the default company is the US, I couldnt see anything in the Settings.xml to change this to anything else. How can we change this?

You can review some of the advanced customizations here: http://knowmoreit.com/kb/advanced-settings/ but I can tell you it isn’t going to do what you are wanting it to do with the SamAccountName. You can post that for a feature request and we can see if we can fit that in.
It is going to default the U.S. but you should be able to change it with the drop down.
But please be sure to post your requests to the feature request board because we use that board when we are developing CloudPanel to try to fit new things in for later releases 🙂
