No. I was saying that you DON’T provision a DNS for each client domain for OWA. Everyone will go to mail.your-hoster-domain.com/owa, not domain1.com/owa, not domain2.com/owa, etc.

You will have to provide me a test username and password on a domain that isn’t working so I can run a test on your autodiscover setup. Also there is a bug in iOS 11.x  that causes autodiscover redirect not to work unless you are on Office 365. I’m not sure about it not working for Androids.

PROBLEM SOLVED

Looking too hard in the wrong places. All autodiscover and dns settings were fine. I was putting in the wrong details on a mobile device.

For anyone else having this issue to add a mobile device on a client domain add the server as the same as your hoster dns name mail.domain1.com in this example leave the domain BLANK, then put username as the user@domain2.com full email and password. Boom straight in!

I was putting the domain in the domain box as domain2.com and the username as user. Fail!

Hope this helps someone else
