You add the server FQDN only. You do not put https: or http: because CloudPanel does that for you. Secondly you need to make sure you enable BASIC AUTHENTICATION on your /Powershell virtual directory that you are pointed to:

Secondly you need to make sure the application pool CloudPanel is using is set to a user that is part of Exchange Organization management security group

Hi,

authentication is already set to Basic and the user is also member of? Exchange Organization management security group? which is administrator … stillno luck? same error

Yes but you need to make sure the Application Pool that CloudPanel is using is also using that user. Can you send me a screen shot of your application pools and also a screenshot of what the virtual directory (CloudPanel) is set to?

It has to be that because that is the only things that would cause that error message.

I see your Default application pool shows one application also but you only have one website. It looks like you installed it in a new IIS Website instead of choosing the Default Web Site. This causes CloudPanel to install the new IIS website and still puts it in a virtual directory called CloudPanel.

So the root website and the virtual directory in that root website are pointing to the same path and this can cause issues.

Rename the cloudpanel IIS website back to Default Web Site and change that path of that to c:inetpubwwwroot. Inside that you should have a virtual directory called CloudPanel. Leave that alone and try to launch the website again at http://localhost/cloudpanel/
