Unable to export pst File
Hi , when I try to export pst file I recieve the next picture
and where is possible to see the LOGs file – from this export attempts ?

but another problem – my custimer admin don’t see PST request button
I can’t see anything for this permission
The permission group you setup in CloudPanel most likely doesn’t have the PST options checked. You need to give them permissions to access that
After the client download pst, does he has any possibility to remove this file ?
I would need to double check, but I don’t believe so. I think it stays there for historical reference, but it does check if the file actually exists before it gives the download button. So if you delete the file manually, the download button should disappear

You will need to provide a UNC path with permissions in the CloudPanel settings. Also, if you want to open the CloudPanel.log file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Know More IT\Logs, it may give us more information.

It would be the CloudPanel setup page. Use the menu at the top right, then click CloudPanel settings. It’s the page you first used to setup CloudPanel when you initially installed it.
