Unable to delete company
I think i found another bug in the current version. I have a company that i am trying to delete. I can delete all the users and the domains. But when trying to delete the company itself, i cannot. No errors, just nothing happens.

I would, but it doesn’t log anything for this activity. I checked. I can reproduce, but control panel doesn’t log anything related that I tried to delete. no errors, nothing. you still want it?
When this happens does it prompt you to confirm for deleting, then you click Delete!… at this point it does nothing right?
After it finishes can you still browse around or does it take you back to the login screen if you try to do anything in CloudPanel?
actually, nothing happens at all. no prompts. it doesn’t take me anywhere. almost as if the command when clicking on delete doesn’t register to control panel. it just sits there. I’ve tried it in chrome and IE.
Can you please tell me the version you are on? Is it 3.1.0805? I’ve tested my end and its prompting to delete which it should.
If you are using Google chrome you can right click and open the inspection window and look at all javascript failures. It sounds like the javascript to prompt for deletion isn’t working.
I am on the latest version. After more testing, I’ve noticed that it is only doing it to this company. When I try to delete another company, I do get the prompt to delete the company. But when I try it on this company, no prompts, nothing.
My process was, I went in and disabled Exchange in the CP. Then I deleted all the users. Next I deleted the two domain names. Finally, trying to delete the company itself. This is where it fails. other steps before went through just fine. Maybe its something I did?

Did you happen to look in the google console to see if there was an error thrown in the console? You actually didn’t have to do all that with deleting users because it would have done it for you when deleting hte company. I’m wondering if it is throwing an error behind the scenes because there are no users.
I checked and no errors thrown. I even created new accounts on the company and tried to delete it again. nothing. It has to be something is off with this company. I just need to find it.
I don’t want to just delete to from ECP from exchange as it will not reflect the panel.
