I just set up a new CloudPanel server, I configured everything required, when I try to enable Exchange for a company it gives the following error:
The term ‘New-GlobalAddressList’ is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

It sounds like the user you entered during the install does not have access to Microsoft Exchange. Please make sure that user is part of the Organization Management group. You can also use that user to RDP to Exchange and see if you can run any commands to verify.
