Sorted, I changed ADV_ALLOWDUPLICATEDOMANIS from 0 to false and the error has stopped I can create new customers again.

Thank You.

What version are you currently on? Also are you doing this with the API or the web interface?

I have this exact same problem, just upgraded to the newest version, now I cannot setup new customers and get this error.

Web control panel not API

What was the solution please ?

Thanks

Do you know how to go into SQL Server Management Studio and look at the CloudPanel database? We need to see if there is a value in the cp_Settings table with the value “Yes” or “No” for archiving

Mark,
Email me at jdixon@knowmoreit.com and I can remote in to try to take a look. It looks like it is a value for ADV_ALLOWDUPLICATEDOMANIS in the settings table having a wrong value.

Hi Jacob,

I just emailed you.

The ADV_ALLOWDUPLICATEDOMANIS is 0 , is this right ? if not what should it be ?

Thanks.
