[Solved] server not operational

Hi,

After upgrading to the latest version, we cannot add new reseller, new company or add new domain with the error message server not operational

But we can add/delete/reset password users

Any idea how to solve this?

Can you make sure you have LDAPS configured in your environment? Meaning you have an SSL installed on the domain controllers? You can use self-signed certificates which is what I would recommend if you don’t have a CA in your environment
