[Solved] Public folders – delete master mailbox
This is a follow-up to my question in the supportforum.
I want to delete the public folder “master mailbox” since it was created with incorrect information.
I can’t find any way to do this.
Yes, this is solved. After cleaning everything up and creating the public folder the “correct” way everything works fine.
Have you deleted it on the backend and tried to refresh with Cloudpanel? You can’t create or delete the public folder master mailbox with CloudPanel
“you can’t create…”? That’s what I did…
I went to “features->Microsoft Exchange->Public Folder Mailboxes” and created the first public folder. that folder now is a “master mailbox”.
Can you post a screenshot? You are supposed to create the master mailbox on the backend and refresh to bring it in. The master mailbox shouldn’t be tied to a company. Send me a screenshot so I can look at it.
