Public Folders
I’m having problems with tenants seeing other tenants public folders. I’ve checked permissions and each root has permissions for only the correct group, but each tenant can still see other tenants folders.
I just noticed the same thing. We had a customer contact us asking why he was getting the following Outlook message:
Allow this website to configure publicfolder@othercustomer.com server settings?
This particular customer doesn’t have Public Folders set up. I haven’t heard from anyone else yet though. Thoughts?

Are you using Exchange 2013? If so then the master public folder should be setup with your domain and autodiscover work with it.
Then technically a new public folder mailbox should be created per tenant and set the DefaultPublicFolder value under each mailbox to point to that public folder mailbox. Alsoo the tenant public folder mailbox should contain the clients email
So if I used CloudPanel to create the first public folder mailbox and then created another one, how can I change it so that the first one isn’t the Master Mailbox and how can I create the Master one and put the others inside it? I didn’t realized that I needed to create one outside of CloudPanel first. Public Folders is new territory for me.
